Our company was entered in the commercial register in 1993 and has successively developed into one of the leading suppliers of industrial ultrasonic cleaning technology.

Where are Rational cleaning systems manufactured?

The planning, design and manufacture of our systems takes place at the gates of the beautiful Hanseatic city of Rostock. We stand for quality "Made in Germany".

What is the focus of the Rational TL?

In addition to other services, we offer the planning, project planning, design, manufacture, assembly and commissioning of industrial ultrasonic cleaning and decoating systems. Comprehensive service is a matter of course for us. 

How big are the Rational TL plants?

That depends on the respective customer requirements. From table-top units to fully automated large-scale systems - we make it possible.

Are standard systems also sold?

Yes, the K-series is based on standardised modules that can be additionally combined or expanded as required. 

How does ultrasonic cleaning work?

Ultrasonic cleaning uses the principle of cavitation. One speaks of the process of "bubble formation", in which compression and decompression phases are created by mechanical sound waves. During the decompression phase, many small cavities are created in the liquid, which implode during the compression phase. The resulting pressure thus removes tiny particles from the hard surfaces. In combination with the right temperature and chemistry, an excellent cleaning result can be achieved while at the same time treating the items to be cleaned gently.

My business is far away from the Rational TL. How can I still be helped in the event of a fault?

Depending on the complexity of the system, it may make sense to install a so-called remote maintenance unit. In this way, a large part of the errors can be detected at the click of a mouse and, in the case of software bugs, even rectified. If the solution cannot be found remotely, follow-up measures are initiated immediately.

Do the Rational TL systems run faultlessly?

Our systems run reliably and are designed for continuous industrial operation. Nevertheless, unforeseen errors can always occur. We want to learn from our mistakes and incorporate the findings into our products and solutions - that's how we measure ourselves.

How long is the delivery time of a plant?

A blanket answer is simply not possible. Plant size and complexity play an important role. Our plants are in demand all over the world, yet adherence to deadlines and delivery dates as well as the fastest possible delivery in compliance with our quality criteria are very important to us.
