Should a malfunction occur with our systems, we are available to you as a reliable contact partner with help and advice. Our service endeavours to quickly identify the problem in order to restore the operational readiness of your system as quickly as possible. We always accept criticism. It helps us to improve and enables us to incorporate important findings into our work processes. We are only satisfied when our customers are satisfied too.

Repair Center

In the event of a major repair or maintenance, we have the option of collecting your system and having it repaired or overhauled in our halls using modern tools. Complex and extensive work in particular can often not be carried out satisfactorily on site and without the appropriate equipment. Of course, we strive to choose the fastest and most cost-effective way for our customers.

For large distances and a pronounced degree of automation of the cleaning system, we strongly recommend the installation of a remote maintenance unit. This enables us to access the control system remotely. According to our many years of experience, remote maintenance results in lower costs for our customers and, at the same time, higher system availability. Technicians are only called out when absolutely necessary, and response times are significantly shortened. In addition, we are able to implement updates or changes to the software remotely if required.
