USC K-Series

We offer you high-quality cleaning devices and systems in ultrasonic cleaning. The USC-K(ompakt) series is our standard solution for cleaning tasks and the basis of our modular cleaning lines. With the modularly designed units, it offers a flexible entry into ultrasonic cleaning. On the basis of the units, you choose ultrasonic cleaning unit, rinsing basin and dryer.

With the modularly designed basins of the RATIONAL USC-K(ompakt) series, you achieve fast and reliable cleaning results. The modular design allows different basin sizes as well as numerous extensions that can be combined as required. The combination of flexibility and high quality workmanship meets the highest demands.

Standard pool

The USC table-top units are primarily manufactured for small volumes so that they can be integrated into any workspace. The compact design allows the units to be placed on tables or corresponding shelves. The units in the RATIONAL USC-K series can be equipped with side and bottom sinks. The basins are usually deep-drawn, but are also supplied in welded versions for special sizes.

K-40 / K-80 / K-120

The USC-K series is our classic cleaning device. The USC-K series is available in three different basin sizes of 40l, 80l and 120l as standard. On request, the basin sizes can be adapted to specific requirements. All units are equipped with bottom and side baffles.

Apart from the external dimensions, the series differs in the changed wattages for the heating and the ultrasound. All other technical details are almost identical. We will gladly send you the detailed technical data on request.

Our USC-K series can be combined in any way to create a network with several stations for your needs. The combined individual units are a cost-efficient alternative to individual customised solutions. By combining several K-Series units, you can create a semi-automatic cleaning line that is perfectly adapted to your requirements. A major advantage of the modular design of the cleaning units in our USC-K series is their adaptability. Extensive modifications allow the basic units to be adapted to your individual requirements.

Combination USC-K-80 with converter

This example unit is a combination of USC-K-80 single units and consists of four different elements. This results in an overall external dimension of 4170 x 1190 x 2120 mm.

In addition to the classic connecting pieces such as the frame, tabletop and panelling, various trays are used here. A transfer unit was installed as an extension, which supports the movement of the goods horizontally manually and vertically electrically. In addition, an oil separator and a separate filtration system were installed.

This example unit is a combination of USC-K-80 single units and consists of three different elements. This results in an overall external dimension of 4400 x 1200 x 1600 mm.

The modular system is designed for cleaning small parts whose dimensions are limited to the basket dimensions. To support the cleaning process, a fabric movement unit is installed in each of the process basins, with the help of which the cleaning basket performs a vertical, oscillating movement during the active process.

In addition to the classic connecting pieces such as frame, table top and panelling, various trays are used here. An oil separator and a separate filtration system were installed as extensions.

Combination oil separator US SP

This example unit is a combination of USC-K-80 single units and consists of two different elements. This results in an overall external dimension of 3000 x 1050 x 1250 mm.

The modular system is designed for cleaning small parts whose dimensions are limited to the basket dimensions. The two cleaning basins including the oil separator storage tank are positioned on a frame made of stainless steel. The frame also has a shelf for the external generator housing.
